Who this policy covers

This privacy policy explains how Apex Mission Viejo Sunrooms and Patios handles the information you share when you visit our website, fill out our form or call us about a project. When we say "the site," we mean our website and every page on it.

We're a sunroom contractor in Mission Viejo, CA, and we collect only what we need to answer your questions, plan your project and stay in touch about the job. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, the address of the project and any details you choose to share about the work you have in mind. If you call us, we keep notes of the conversation so we don't have to ask you the same questions twice.

If we come out for an estimate, we may take measurements and, with your permission, photos of the area so we can price the job accurately.

Our contact form is hosted by Tally, an outside form service. What you type into the form passes through their systems on its way to us and is also covered by their own privacy terms.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the site may use basic analytics tools and cookies, which are small files your browser stores, to see how visitors use our pages. This can include your browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that sent you to us and a general location based on your internet address.

We use this to learn which pages are helpful and which need work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work, though some features may not behave as expected.

How we use your information

We use what you share to reply to your request, schedule your estimate, prepare your quote, carry out and follow up on the work, and keep records we're required to keep. We also use site data in summary form to improve the site.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, such as our website host, form service and analytics provider, and only so far as they need it to do that job for us.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or if the business is sold or transferred to a new owner, who would then be bound by this policy.

How long we keep it

If your inquiry doesn't turn into a job, we keep your details only as long as they're useful for following up, then delete them. If we do work for you, we keep job records longer because we need them for warranty questions, taxes and other legal and business records.

Analytics data is usually kept in summary form and isn't used to identify you personally.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, including limiting who on our team can see it. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it or ask us to stop contacting you. We'll confirm who you are before we act on a request so we don't hand your details to someone else.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights. We won't treat you differently or charge you more for asking about or using any of them.

Children's privacy

The site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the tools we use change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it takes effect once it's posted.

If you have a question about this policy, want to make a request about your information or have a concern about how we've handled it, call us at (949) 619-8191 or send a message through our contact page.

We answer the phone Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM. We respond within 1 business day.
