A straight answer on the first visit
I'll tell you on the first visit which kind of room fits your yard, your budget and how you'll use it, so you're not left sorting through a pile of maybes.
I've been building sunrooms, screen rooms and patio covers in Mission Viejo since 2013, and I still come out to look at every job myself. Our own crew does the build.

I started out doing side jobs for neighbors here in Mission Viejo, mostly screen rooms and patio covers on weekends. The referrals kept coming, so in 2013 I made it a full business. Everything I know about this trade I learned on real jobs, one patio and one deck at a time.
Most people who call us have a patio or deck they hardly use and want a room they'll actually sit in. I care most about what's under that room, because a sunroom is only as good as the slab or deck it sits on. If the base needs work, I'd rather tell you on the first visit than find out after the walls go up.
I also want you to end up with the room you'll use every week, not the biggest one we could sell you. We're licensed and insured. Satisfaction guaranteed on every job. If you want to check any contractor's license, the city points homeowners to the California State License Board at 800-321-CSLB. You can see every kind of room we build on our home page.

The person who measures your job is the one you call with questions while it's being built. You won't get passed around, and nothing you told us at the estimate gets lost.
We file the permit and book the inspections with the city, so you don't have to learn its system in the middle of a project. If the city or your HOA needs something from you, we say so early.
Call (949) 619-8191 or use the form on our contact page and tell us a little about your patio or deck. We reply within one business day to set a time for me to come out.
I measure, check your slab or deck and talk through which room fits how you'll use it. Then we send a written estimate, free with no obligation, and the base, size and room type are what move it most.
Once the permit is approved, our own crew builds the room, and I'm still the one you call. The schedule mostly turns on the city's inspections, which happen the next business day when requested before 4 PM the day before.
We're based in Mission Viejo and build sunrooms across the Orange County cities around it, including the ones listed here. If you don't see yours, give us a call and ask.
